Journey Home to Self— Meditation Series
Life moves fast, there’s no controlling that. But you do have control over how you move through each moment. You can move through life from an overflowing place but you have to make your own wellbeing a priority, essentially putting on your own oxygen mask first. Giving yourself these 10-15 minutes each day allows you hit pause, take a break from your busy schedule and to-do lists and shift into a more connected, grounded, present version of yourself. Not only does this brief pause prevent burnout, but it allows you to feel more like yourself, lighter, more patient and more connected to yourself and everything around you. Just 10 minutes can make all the difference in the world!
